Before founding Thane, Hadleigh held senior in-house talent leadership roles at some of the world’s leading technology businesses — including Commvault, FIS, and FICO — where he led GTM hiring at scale across more than 20 countries spanning the UK, Europe, North America, South Africa, and the Middle East. He has sat in the hiring manager’s chair, built revenue teams under pressure, and understands the commercial reality behind every critical GTM hire. That experience shapes everything about how Thane operates.
